Polres Aceh Utara Gelar Rapat Perhelatan Millenial Road Safety Festival
LHOKSUKON – Dalam rangka mensukseskan Milineal Road Safety Festival, Polres Aceh Utara dan jajarannya menggelar
Rapat Koordinasi bersama sejumlah instansi di Aula Tri Brata Polres setempat. Rabu (23/1/2019).
Rapat yang dipimpin Wakapolres Aceh Utara Kompol Edwin Aldro, didampingi Kabag Ops AKP Iswahyudi dan Kasat Lantas Iptu Sandy Titah Nugraha tersebut dilakukan guna mensukseskan program keselamatan Nasional Lalu Lintas yang bertema mewujudkan millenial cinta lalu lintas menuju indonesia gemilang.
“Millenial Road Safety Festival Polres Aceh Utara direncanakan akan dihelat di Lapangan Mapolres Aceh Utara, Minggu, 10 Maret 2019 mendatang yang diisi dengan acara Jalan Santai, Senam Kolosal dan Deklarasi bersama. Ujar Wakapolres Kompol Edwin.

Ia menjelaskan kegiatan kegiatan Millenial Road Safety Festival bertujuan untuk mengkampanyekan keselamatan berlalu lintas dan menyasar ke generasi millennial, umur 17 hingga 35 tahun, mengingat banyak daripada korban kecelakaan merupakan generasi millenial.
“Harapannya dengan acara ini generasi milenial bisa menjadi pelopor keselamatan dalam lalulintas, dan angka kecelakaan bisa diminimalisir, untuk itu kehadiran sejumlah instansi dalam rapat ini adalah untuk menjalin kerjasama guna mensukseskan kegiatan Millenial Road Safety Festival ini” ungkap Kompol Edwin Aldro.
Sementara itu, Kasat Lantas Polres Aceh Utara Iptu Sandy Titah Nugraha menyampaikan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini juga dirangkaikan dengan perlombaan dai Millenial Keselamatan Berlalu Lintas.
“Ada Lomba Mural juga, yakni lomba menghias dinding sekolah dengan gambar edukasi lalu lintas, Mural ini kita harapakan kerjasamanya dari Dinas Pendidikan. Ada juga Lomba layang-layang.” ujar Iptu Sandy.
Amatan tribratanews, pihak yang hadir dalam rapat ini diantaranya ada dari Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas PUPR, Kemenag, Dishub, PHE NSB, Pihak Perbankan, KNPI, PLN, Mandala Finance dan juga pengelola SPBU.
