Pembunuhan Penjual Es Campur di Rekontruksi dengan 27 Adegan
LHOKSUKON – Polres Aceh Utara bersama pihak Kejari menggelar rekontruksi kasus pembunuhan terhadap Jazuli penjual es campur asal Gampong Ujong Kulam, Kecamatan Matangkuli, Aceh Utara, Aceh. Pria tersebut ditemukan tewas bersimbah darah didalam kamar rumahnya pada 15 September 2018 lalu.
Rekontruksi yang digelar di rumah korban, Senin (18/2/2019), menghadirkan dua pelaku yaitu Jamaliah (30) merupakan Isteri korban dan Musliadi alias Adi (24) merupakan selingkuhan istri korban, sedangkan korban diperagakan anggota Polres Aceh Utara. Dalam rekontruksi tersebut kedua pelaku memperagakan 27 adegan.
Rekontruksi itu dipimpin langsung Kasat Reskrim Iptu Rezki Kholiddiansyah, turut hadir dari kejari Aceh Utara, Ferdiansyah, dan Harri Citra, selain itu disaksikan langsung Kapolres Aceh Utara AKBP Ian Rizkian Milyardin, Kabag Ops AKP Iswahyudi, Kasubag Humas AKP M Jafaruddin, Kapolsek Matangkuli, Iptu Sudiya Karya, dan turut dikawal ketat aparat kepolisian Polres Aceh Utara serta disaksikan ratusan warga.
Kapolres Aceh Utara AKBP Ian Rizkian Milyardin didampingi Kasat Reskrim Iptu Rezki Kholiddiansyah mengatakan tujuan rekonstruksi ini untuk mendapatkan titik terang dan menyinkronkan keterangan pelaku dan saksi serta menguatkan barang bukti perkara .
“Dalam rekontruksi ini pelaku memperagakan 27 adegan yang direncakan sebelumnya 44 adegan karena ada sebagian adegan digabungkan menjadi satu sehingga menjadi 27 adegan,“ kata AKBP Ian Rizkian, Senin (18/2/2019).
Dikatakan, adegan pertama diawali tersangka Adi turun dari sepeda motor yang dikendarai saksi ED, selanjutnya menuju rumah korban dan terakhir dengan adegan isteri korban memberitahukan tetangga bahwa suaminya telah dibunuh.
“Dalam adegan itu dari pertama dan akhir kedua tersangka memperlihatkan bagaimana adegannya saat melakukan pembunuhan berencana tersebut dan terungkap pembunuhan itu atas suruhan Jamaliah yang merupakan isteri korban dengan motif perselingkuhan,” terangnya.
Setelah korban dipastikan meninggal, terangnya kedua tersangka melakukan rekayasa dengan modus telah terjadi perampokan dan pembunuhan dengan menjatuhkan sepeda motor dan mengambil uang istri korban sebanyak Rp 3 juta.
“Pembunuhan terhadap suaminya sudah direncakan. Atas perbuatannya kedua tersangka dapat jerat Pasal 340 JO Pasal 338 JO Pasal 55 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 15 tahun penjara dan maksimal hukuman mati,” pungkasnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Jazuli (34) penjual es campur asal Gampong Ujong Kulam Kecamatan Matangkuli, Aceh Utara, ditemukan tewas bersimbah darah didalam kamarnya, pada 15 September 2018 lalu, dengan luka gorok di bagian lehernya, korban ditemukan oleh istrinya, Jamaliah (30) dalam kondisi bersimpah darah dengan leher tergorok .
