Penyidik Limpahkan Mucikari dan Tiga Pemakai Jasa ‘Sex’ di Lhoksukon ke Jaksa
LHOKSUKON – Penyidik dari unit PPA Satuan Reskrim Polres Aceh Utara menyerahkan empat dari lima orang tersangka kasus Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) dan eksploitasi terhadap anak di bawah umur ke pihak Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejari Aceh Utara. Selasa (22/8/2023).
Sebelumnya seorang tersangka lain yang berperan sebagai penyedia tempat terjadinya tindak pidana itu yakni IK telah lebih dulu diserahkan ke pihak jaksa pada 20 juli lalu dikarenakan masih berusia 17 tahun.
Kapolres Aceh Utara AKBP Deden Heksaputera S, S.I.K melalui Kasi Humas Iptu Bambang menyampaikan, penyerahan itu merupakan pelimpahan tahap II setelah berkas perkara dinyatakan P21 atau sudah lengkap untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh jaksa.
“Mereka yang diserahkan ke jaksa masing-masing, RL (31) sebagai mucikari, serta tiga tersangka pemakai jasa korban, MA (28 Tahun), MZ (49 Tahun), dan FR (29 Tahun) bersama para tersangka juga diserahkan sejumlah barang bukti berupa handphone.” ungkap Iptu Bambang. Rabu (23/8/2023).
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Aceh Utara berhasil mengungkap kasus perdagangan anak di bawah umur untuk melayani pria hidung belang yang sudah dilakukan sejak Desember 2022 hingga April 2023.
Dari pengungkapan kasus itu petugas menangkap lima tersangka tindak pidana perdagangan orang (TPPO) salah satunya anak dibawah umur yang berperan sebagai penyedia tempat.
