Sumur Bor di Aceh Utara Semburkan Gas dan Lumpur Belasan Meter
LHOKSUKON – Sebuah sumur bor di Gampong Tanjong Menje Kecamatan Tanah Jambo Aye tiba-tiba menyemburkan gas bercampur lumpur berwarna hitam pekat hingga mencapai belasan meter. Rabu (23/1/2019). pukul 08.30 WIB.
Kapolres Aceh Utara AKBP Ian Rizkian Milyardin melalui Kapolsek Tanah Jambo Aye AKP Adi Sucipto mengatakan peristiwa tersebut dipicu dari pengeboran sumur di kebun cabai milik Rohana (75) warga setempat.
“Sebelum sumur menyemburkan lumpur, ada dua pekerja yang melakukan pengeboran, rencananya sumur itu akan digunakan untuk menyiram tanaman di kebun itu. Saat sedang melakukan pekerjaan tiba-tiba saja sumur mengeluarkan gas bercampur lumpur hingga para pekerja lari menyelamatkan diri.” ujar Kapolsek.
Tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa ini, dua pekerja bernama Jamal (38) dan Herman (40) juga selamat. Menangani kejadian ini satu unit mobil pemadam kebakaran sempat disiagakan dilokasi.
“TIndakan kepolisian yang kita lakukan adalah memasang garis Polisi agar warga lainnya tidak mendekat, pihak terkait juga telah dihubungi untuk penanganan lanjutan dalam peristiwa ini.” pungkas Kapolsek.
