Tersangka Penyebar Video Bugil Mantan dilimpahkan ke Jaksa
LHOKSUKON – Penyidik dari Unit Tindak Pidana Tertentu Sat Reskrim Polres Aceh Utara menyerahkan pria berinisial Ir, 34 tahun tersangka penyebar foto bugil seorang mahasiswi ke pihak kejaksaan Aceh Utara.
Hal itu dilakukan menyusul berkas perkara yang ditangani penyidik dinyatakan lengkap atau P21 oleh pihak kejaksaan.
“Sebagai tindak lanjut, Penyidik Unit Tipiter Sat Reskrim telah melakukan pelimpahan tahap 2 dengan menyerahkan tersangka dan barang bukti,” ungkap Kapolres Aceh Utara AKBP Deden Heksaputera S, S.I.K melalui Kasi Humas Iptu Bambang, Kamis (25/5/2023).
Ia mengatakan, pelimpahan tahap dua itu dilakukan pada Rabu kemarin, (24/5).
“Dalam kasus ini tersangka I dijerat dengan pasal 27 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 45 Ayat 1 UU ITE dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun,” ujarnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, seorang pemuda berinisal I warga Kecamatan Seunuddon, Aceh Utara ditangkap dan kemudian ditahan di Polres Aceh Utara sebab menyebarkan video bugil mantan pacarnya ke media sosial.
Kasat Reskrim AKP Agus Riwayanto Diputra, S.I.K., M.H menyampaikan perbuatan pelaku dilaporkan oleh korban ke Polres Aceh Utara pada 21 Maret lalu.
“Tersangka ditangkap dirumahnya tanpa perlawanan, 2 handphone miliknya turut diamankan sebagai barang bukti, selanjutnya dibawa ke Polres Aceh Utara dan berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup tersangka kini sudah ditahan di Rutan Polres Aceh Utara.” ujar AKP Agus.
Ia menerangkan, antara korban dan pelaku sebelumnya berpacaran dan pernah berhubungan badan, adegan itu direkam dan disimpan oleh pelaku, saat hubungan berakhir dan korban sudah punya pacar baru, pelaku melampiaskan rasa sakit hati dengan menyebarkan video bugil korban ke medsos.
